Commencement of the public consultation on change to the OKTE, a.s. Operation Order
OKTE, a.s. announces that on March 22, 2024, a public consultation began, concerning the upcoming changes to the operational order of the short-term electricity market operator.
These changes are in general related to the planned Go-live of Intraday auctions. Primary change to the operational order is insertion of new article 5.5 that regulate intraday auctions.
The proposed changes to the OKTE, a.s. Operation Order are available in the Slovak language HERE.
Participation in public consultation
Concerned market participants can participate in the public consultation by sending a completed form (available in the Slovak language HERE) with their comments and statements in the Slovak language to the e-mail address verejnekonzultacie@okte.sk.
The last day for submission of comments is April 09 2024. OKTE, a.s. will not take into consideration comments received after this deadline.
