Exchange of client certificates for XMtrade®/ISZO and XMtrade®/ISOT systems on 17th February 2026
The exchange of client certificates XMtrade ISZO - PSEUDONYM and XMtrade ISOT - PSEUDONYM is planned during the service outage on 17th February 2026 (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
- Changes include only certificates, not the certification authority.
- This change affects only users who report data to the systems XMtrade®/ISZO and XMtrade®/ISOT via automated interfaces.
- The change does not referto users who report data via web portal.
- The systems XMtrade®/ISZO and XMtrade®/ISOT will use new certificates from 17th February 2026, 9:00 PM

Exchange of certificates XMtrade ISZO TEST + ISZO SANDBOX - PSEUDONYM and XMtrade ISOT TEST + ISOT SANDBOX - PSEUDONYM in testing and sandbox environments takes place on 10th February 2026 during the service outage (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM). Attention: The certificate and certification authority are changing for the test and sandbox environments.
We hereby inform that systems XMtrade®/ISZO and XMtrade®/ ISOT will not be available on 10th February 2026 (TEST and SANDBOX) and 17th February 2026 (PROD), from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
