Commencement of the public consultation on change to the OKTE, a.s. Operation Order
OKTE, a.s. announces that on September 10, 2024, a public consultation began, concerning the upcoming changes to the operational order of the short-term electricity market operator.
These changes are in general induced by new decree of Úrad pre reguláciu sieťových odvetví (Regulatory office for network industries) no. 133/2024 Z. z.. Furthermore, changes related to the enhancement of day-to-day operations of OKTE are introduced.
The proposed changes to the OKTE, a.s. Operation Order are available as track changes in the Slovak language HERE.
Participation in public consultation
Concerned market participants can participate in the public consultation by sending a completed form (available in the Slovak language HERE) with their comments and statements in the Slovak language to the e-mail address verejnekonzultacie@okte.sk.
The last day for submission of comments is September 24, 2024. OKTE, a.s. will not take into consideration comments received after this deadline.
