Auctions of guarantees of origin for electricity in 2025
OKTE, a.s. as the organizer of the short-term electricity market organizes auctions of guarantees of origin for electricity from renewable energy sources and guarantees of origin for electricity produced by high-efficiency cogeneration, which are issued for production facilities supported by investment aid and production facilities receiving operating support in the form of Feed-in tariff or Feed-in premium, in accordance with Act No. 309/2009 Coll.
As a standard, OKTE, a.s. organizes auctions at three-month intervals. Any entity that is an account holder with valid access to the XMtrade®/ZPE information system and has concluded an Agreement with OKTE, a.s. on activities related to the issuance and use of guarantees of origin for guarantees of origin from AIB member states and an Amendment to this Agreement regarding auctions for guarantees of origin for electricity can register for the auctions.
