Agreement on the Access to and the Conditions for Participation in the Organized Short-Term cross-border Electricity Market
Subject of Settlement, which would like to become a participant of the Short-term cross-border electricity market has to have valid and effective the Agreement on Settlement of imbalances and the Agreement on the Access to and the Conditions for Participation in the Organized Short-term cross-border Electricity Market. The scope of this Agreement shall be allowing access and stipulating conditions for participation in the organized short-term cross-border electricity market.
Attachments to the Agreement on the Access to and the Conditions for Participation in the Organized Short-Term cross-border Electricity Market
A notary-certified copy of the document relating to registration for Electricity consumption tax, issued by the Slovak Customs Office should be attached to the Agreement.
SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit Mandate
The original document of Mandate for Business-to-Business SEPA Direct Debit should be attached to the contract. Mandate should be set up for the purpose of settling concluded electricity transactions on the Organized short-term cross-border electricity market in favor of the bank account of OKTE, a.s.
Payment guarantee - form (sample)
Based on the signed Contract on the access to and conditions of participation in the organized day-ahead market are the liabilities of the applicant to OKTE, a.s., covered by bankers guarantee. The bank accepts irrevocable guarantee to OKTE, a.s., for the market participant and thus is bound to pay OKTE, a.s., any sum or sums up to maximum guarantee without any objections when the first written notice is received.
