Commencement of the public consultation on change to the OKTE, a.s. Operation Order
OKTE, a.s. announces that on March 14th, 2025, a public consultation began, concerning the upcoming changes to the operational order of the short-term electricity market operator.
Change of the Operational Order was triggered by change to legislation effective from January 1st, 2025 and 15’ MTU project. Furthermore, change include modifications and improvements arising from practical application of the Operation Order.
The proposed changes to the OKTE, a.s. Operation Order are available as track changes in the Slovak language HERE.
Participation in public consultation
Concerned market participants can participate in the public consultation by sending a completed form (available in the Slovak language HERE) with their comments and statements in the Slovak language to the e-mail address verejnekonzultacie@okte.sk.
The last day for submission of comments is March 28th, 2024. OKTE, a.s. will not take into consideration comments received after this deadline.
