New OKTE, a.s. Operation Order (effective from January 1st 2024)
On 01. 01. 2024, new Operation Order of OKTE, a.s. (hereinafter also as "OO OKTE"), which was approved as by the Regulatory Office for Network Industries on 05. 12. 2023, will take effect.
The new OO OKTE is implementing changes to the electricity market brought up via Decree of the Regulatory Office for Network Industries No. 207/2023 Coll. laying down the rules for the functioning of the internal electricity market and the content of Operational order of the transmission system operator, short-term electricity market operator and the scope of commercial terms and conditions which are part of the Operational order of the transmission system operator.
