Evaluation of the public consultation on change to the OKTE, a.s. Operation Order
OKTE, a.s. announces that from 20. 03. 2023 to 03. 04. 2023 a public consultation was held concerning the upcoming amendment to the operational order of the short-term electricity market operator, which includes changes to the determination of the imbalance settlement price and an increase of the threshold for triggering the second auction procedure.
No concerned market participant participated in the public consultation.
OKTE, a.s. concurrently inform that the public consultation did not affect the amendment to the operational order of the short-term electricity market operator.
