Evaluation of the public consultation on change to the OKTE’s Operation Order
OKTE, a.s. announces that from 14. 10. 2022 to 28. 10. 2022 a public consultation was held concerning the upcoming amendment to the operational order of the short-term electricity market operator about the connection of the Slovak bidding area with the single intraday electricity market.
One concerned market participant participated in the public consultation, and two comments were raised, of which 0 were accepted. The text of comments together with the statement and evaluation by OKTE, a.s., is available in Slovak HERE.
OKTE, a.s. at the same time report that the amendment to the operational order of the short-term electricity market operator was not affected by the public consultation.
