New OKTE, a.s. Operation Order (effective from September 1, 2020)
Regulatory Office for Network Industries has approved the text of new Operation Order of OKTE, a.s. that shall be effective from September 1, 2020. In general, the changes are related to the Decree no. 24/2013 Coll. effective from 1st of September 2020. The new Operation Order of OKTE, a.s. also contains changes based on application practice. An example of such a change is the clarification of certain provisions of the Operation Order of OKTE, a.s. concerning the registration, transfer and organization of the market with guarantees of origin of RES & CHP-based electricity.
