New OKTE, a.s. Operation Order (effective from July 1, 2019)
Regulatory Office for Network Industries has approved the text of new Operation Order of OKTE, a.s. that shall be effective from July 1, 2019. In general, following changes have been made in the text:
- changes with regards to the ACER decision on harmonised maximum and minimum clearing prices
- changes with regards to the change in application of the tariff for system operation
- changes with regards to the organisation and settlement of the support of electricity produced from renewable energy sources and via high efficiency cogeneration
