NEMO Committee announces launch of a joint public consultation as well as of a new website
On 3rd June 2019, all NEMOs and all TSOs launched a joint public consultation, pursuant to Article 12 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 (establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management, also known as CACM), on Algorithm Methodology review, including algorithm change control and algorithm monitoring, plus Single Intraday Coupling requirements annex amendment for supporting Intraday Auctions, plus Single Intraday Coupling product methodology. The consultation will be open until 2nd July and it is accessible from both the NEMO Committee (www.nemo-committee.eu) and ENTSO-E websites (www.entsoe.eu).
On the same day, NEMO Committee announced a launch of a new website providing information on progress made by the NEMOs to build more efficient electricity markets. The NEMO Committee represents the governing body of the cooperation between the NEMOs for the timely and efficient management of their joint responsibilities under CACM Regulation. The website also aims to present relevant information for all stakeholders as well as to provide updates on the work of the NEMO Committee. You may find more information in the Press release.
