New OKTE, a.s. Operation Order (effective from January 1, 2019)
Regulatory Office for Network Industries has approved the text of new Operation Order of OKTE, a.s. that shall be effective from January 1, 2019. In general, following changes have been made in the text:
- changes with regards to the sign convention change pursuant to Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing,
- changes with regards to issuing the certificates to Balance responsible parties pursuant to the approved amendment of Act No. 309/2009 Coll. on Support of Renewable Energy Sources and High Efficiency CHP,
- changes with regards to the change in central invoicing pursuant to the approved amendment of Act No. 309/2009 Coll. on Support of Renewable Energy Sources and High Efficiency CHP,
- changes based on practice.
