Public consultation of SEPS concerning the proposal for Rules for suspension and restoration of market activities
Dear market participants,
On the 9th November 2018, the company Slovenská elektrizačná prenosová sústava, a. s. (hereinafter referred to as “SEPS”) acting as the transmission system operator has launched a public consultation concerning the proposal for the „Rules for suspension and restoration of market activities“, elaborated by SEPS in accordance with Article 36(1) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2196 of 24 November 2017 establishing a network code on electricity emergency and restoration (hereinafter referred to as „NC ER Regulation“), that entered into force on the 18th December 2017.
Pursuant to Article 6(1) of NC ER Regulation, this proposal is subject to public consultation and pursuant to Article 4, it is also subject to the approval by the Regulatory Office for Network Industries. All necessary information regarding the participation in the public consultation are available in the Slovak language on SEPS´s website.
