Change of the Operation Order of OKTE, a.s. (effective from 01.09.2018)
OKTE, a.s. prepared and submitted an updated version of its Operation Order to the Regulatory Office for Network Industries with the aim of revising the text with respect to:
- change in the title of the Contract on Data Provision (henceforward to be considered a contract on data provision),
- specification of details on sharing specific electricity producer data between OKTE, a.s. and the system operators,
- consideration of the change with regards to the application of the tariff for system operation and the tariff for system services,
- specification of certain other provisions.
The change of the Operation Order of OKTE, a.s. was approved by the Regulatory Office, effective from 01.09.2018.
