Change of OKTE, a.s. Operating order
OKTE, a.s., prepared and submitted its operating rules to Regulatory Office for Network Industries with the intent to revise the content considering the following:
- change in method how the settlement price of imbalance is set
- change in method how the payments for the imbalance is evaluated
- completion of the principles how the payments for supply of regulation electricity are evaluated
- specifying and filling in provisions based on application practice
Change in the Operating order of OKTE, a.s. was approved by the office on January 1. 2018.
With the intent to clarify the existing Operating order, it was replaced with the entire text while suggested changes are incorporated directly within the Operating order.
