MCO Plan approved
The Regulatory Office for Network Industries (the RONI) approved on 26 June 2017 the MCO Plan under article 7(3) of COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management.
The approval of the MCO Plan represents a significant milestone in the implementation of the CACM Regulation and accomplishment of the single day-ahead and intraday market in Europe.
