Information for RRM users - Maintenance of the ARIS system during 7th – 9th April 2017
In the evening of 7th April 2017 will start the maintenance of the system ARIS (ACER REMIT Information System), which is used in communication with the system XMtrade®/RRM. Maintenance will be primarily done during the weekend, but can last up to 9th April 2017 if necessary.
This may cause longer processing of reports, which can during the weekend, or if necessary up to 11.4.2017, stay in the status „Unsent“. Updated information is available on: https://www.acer-remit.eu/portal/system-status.
No additional activity will be required from the RRM user since the complementary submission will be secured in cooperation between RRM and ACER.
